Shareholder Structure
Covestro AG’s share capital of EUR 207,900,000 is divided into 209,900,000 bearer shares. Each share represents one vote.
After the successful closing of the strategic partnership with XRG P.J.S.C. (formerly ADNOC International Limited) in December 2025, 95.1% of all outstanding shares are held by XRG P.J.S.C and its subsidiary ADNOC International Germany Holding AG.
Therefore, Covestro considers the remaining approximately 4.9% of outstanding shares as free float.
