For 19 years, Nick Sunderland has helped create materials that become part of products people use every day. One of these products is the Jabra Evolve2 professional headset.

From our labs to your ears: Covestro's Bayblend® FR3010 R75 – a post-consumer recycled polycarbonate/ABS blend with up to 75% recycled content – plays a key role in the Jabra Evolve2 headset series. Found in the ear cushion housing, this material delivers resistance against skin oils and cosmetics, durability and flame retardancy to meet safety standards in electronic devices.

Every headset reflects the care and precision Nick and his team bring to their work. And the environmental impact is just as impressive: using 75% PCR polycarbonate cuts carbon emissions by 50% compared to virgin-grade material, helping Jabra advance its carbon reduction targets while keeping plastic out of the environment.
